Do you have the patience to hang in until you get the results that you want?

I am sure that you have heard the old saying, "Patience is a virtue." We practice patience when we are trying to get a new man or woman. We even practice patience when we are waiting on a "blessing" from God, but have you ever considered applying that philosophy to your personal fitness goals? Sure, there are A LOT of "quick fixes" out there, but they come with the high cost of physical pain or money. Even worse, they don't tend to last very long, unless you put some effort into the process and do some post maintenance. "Nothing good comes easy", and anything, including your personal health and fitness, worth having is worth fighting for. So, are you willing to forget about "quick fixes' and instead focus on patiently pursuing your fitness goal? All it takes is baby steps; one day at a time, one work- out at a time...... You can do it!
