Our specially designed programs allows older clients to enhance their strength, stamina, coordination, balance, and mobility for everyday activities. Clients are guided in proper nutrition for building and maintaining muscle tissue, which is critical for body function. Previous clients have seen tremendous results in their physical and mental energy and abilities, allowing them stay healthy, live longer, and to enjoy their family and friends for years to come.

Prenatal/ Postnatal Program
There are many reasons to exercise while pregnant. It will give your energy a boost while giving a better night sleep. Reduces disfomfort on the lower back as well as the legs, caused by the steadily icreasing weight of the stomach. Exercising helps in prepartion for labor and delivery, improves self-image, and get your body back in shape faster. After the 6 week check up and your doctor's okay, getting right back to exercising starting with brisk walks, then incorporating core exercises . NOTE: Every pregnacy is different.

A healthy employee is a happy employee, and one that comes to work. While a unhealthy employee may be at a doctors visit or at home sick. Poor dieting and lack of exercise leads to a sick body, one that is open to various types of health issues. If your day is consumed with life events and working out has been put on the back burner, then we suggest packing your lunch and a few healthy snacks, and allow us to come and share some of the lunch hour with you and a few of your dedicated employees, or colleagues. A short but intense workout may be just what the doctor ordered.
